This Acrylic painting of the 1953 Coco-Cola Santa features one of the longest-lasting slogans in Coca-Cola history. The Pause That Refreshes, was introduced in 1929. The Artist Haddon Sunblom used himself as a model for the Coca-Cola Santa. I have copied master painters before as a learning tool and in my personal opinion Haddon Sunblom is among them. This painting was nostalgic, fun, colorful and all around a happy experience.
